What comes with my order?
Every order comes packed with your selected slimes (obviously!), a 1fl-oz spray bottle of ready-to-use activator, a cute little squishy, a state-of-the-art Prime Slime bracelet, slime-care card, thank-you card with a scratch-off chance to win some extra goodies, and some delicious candy!
Orders of two slimes or more are shipped in our signature premium Prime Slime box. Single-order slimes are shipped in an equally fun but smaller box with our signature labels.
Each order comes complete with everything you need for the ultimate Prime Slime experience!

How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders are shipped same-business day if possible, otherwise it will be shipped next business day from Prosper, Texas (75078).
Orders are typically delivered within 5-10 business days after order is placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation with your tracking number when your order ships.
For those customers located in Prosper, Texas, we have a pickup option available to save on shipping time and to help lower costs.
This order is for a birthday gift! Can I include a card saying who it's from?
Of course! Add the “Birthday Card” item to your cart and include your own personalized message for your special-someone! We’ll print your message inside one of our fantastic 4×6 birthday cards and include it in the shipment!
is slime safe for children?
Yes! Our slime products are made with non-toxic ingredients and are safe for children when used as directed. However, adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children, to ensure safe play and to prevent ingestion of slime.
Each order comes with a 1oz spray bottle of ready-to-use Activator. This is made with BORAX. Our slime activator is safe to use when handled correctly and following the provided instructions. We understand the importance of safety, especially when it comes to products for children.
However, it’s crucial to use the activator responsibly and under adult supervision, particularly when children are involved.

How do I clean slime off of surfaces and clothing?
Accidents happen, but cleaning up slime doesn’t have to be a hassle!
For surfaces, start by gently scraping off excess slime, then use warm, soapy water to wipe away the residue. Rinse and dry the surface thoroughly.
When it comes to clothing, carefully scrape off any excess slime, pre-treat the stain with a stain remover or liquid laundry detergent, then wash in warm water. Always check for any lingering residue before drying.
How should I store my slime?
Proper storage is key to keeping your slime fresh and ready for playtime! To maintain its texture and prevent drying out, keep your slime stored in its airtight container when not in use. Keep it away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to avoid any changes in consistency.
If your slime starts to feel sticky or stiff, use the included activator spray and knead it until it’s back to its original stretchy state!

If your slime arrives damaged or doesn’t meet your expectations, please reach out to us directly at customer-service@prime-slime.com. Due to the nature of our product, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges through our website.
However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues promptly. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate the opportunity to make things right.
Do you ship outside of the US lower 48?
At the moment, Prime Slime’s travel itinerary is limited to the Lower 48 states. We’re working on expanding its horizons—until then, it’s a Lower 48 exclusive!
